ZapNote: Actional ZapNote: A Two-Part Approach to Addressing Service-Oriented Management

Actional’s product line addresses IT architecture challenges at two gaps: at the adaptation layer between back-end data sources and application servers, and at the management layer between the application servers and Service consumers. At the adaptation layer, Actional provides loosely coupled interfaces to business applications, databases, and other back-end systems.
