This book represents the collected articles and lecture notes of well-known ballroom dancer Len Scrivener who died in 1977. Published after Scrivener's death it was considered the "most detailed analysis of advanced dancing ever." "Just One Idea" is still considered by some as "the best [book] ever published for "detail" that seldom gets discussed. Its very much written for the academic side of dance, not only technique, but addresses things that novice competitors frequently ask about, and all in very simple terms.
