How to Win Over the Boss: A Download from 101 Great Games and Activities (Pfeiffer Electronic Downloads)

All effective communication is tailored to a specific audience.  A boss is no different.  Advocacy is the principal skill involved in “managing” your supervisor.  This exercise demonstrates how following some simple advocacy guidelines will help to effectively persuade supervisors.   The activity is helpful for teaching negotiation skills and persuasive communication techniques or for general employee training.  Contributed by Merry C.
