Avaya in IP Telephony - Nemesis Case Study

This study examines how Nemesis, a small call center located in the south of France, deployed an advanced IP telephony solution from Avaya, designed to meet the needs of a small-to-medium business. The decision to deploy an IP telephony system is analyzed, along with concrete results and experiences at Nemesis.
