From the supplier: The floods in the Midwestern states created a broad and long lasting variety of damage-creating circumstances rarely experienced in other natural disasters. Fires, started as a result of the floods exploding gas station tanks and carrying flames to nearby buildings and barges that crashed into and destroyed commercial buildings were events that few risk managers were able to plan for. Farmers, although covered by Federal Crop Insurance, may suffer additional future harvest time crop losses from fall weather conditions.
