From the supplier: The Nebraska Legislature's Committee on Banking, Commerce and Insurance is considering a bill that would have the state join an interstate compact for insurance industry solvency administration. The compact would set rules for the liquidation and financial rehabilitation of insurance companies and is based on language developed by the National Conference of Insurance Legislators.
