From the supplier: Property and casualty insurance companies and associations are lobbying to have the Kansas Legislature override Kansas Gov Joan Finney's anticipated veto of the amended HB 2354 workers' compensation (WC) reform law. Insurers strongly support the Apr 7, 1993 reform law that eliminates an increase in employer WC rates in 1993, gives employers the option of providing vocational rehabilitation and limits partial off-schedule injury and pre-existing condition awards.
