From the supplier: The National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) has issued general guidelines that could help property managers reduce their uninsured loss exposure. The NCREIF guidelines set standards that can be serve as a guide to the language used in lease agreements. The guidelines can be used to avert potential insurance problems and cover such areas as general liability insurance, worker's compensation, rental insurance and alterations to leased space.
