From the supplier: California Gov Pete Wilson has refused Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi's third appeal to restore his procedural rules governing Proposition 103 of 1988's insurance rate rollback provisions. Garamendi's rules have been the subject of a feud, with Wilson and Office of Administrative Law head Marz Garcia on one side, and Garamendi and the state Senate in opposition. Wilson expects that 20th Century Insurance Co's lawsuit to challenge the rules, set for Nov 30, 1992, will ultimately settle the argument.
