From the supplier: Banks are realizing that they need to widen the variety of their product offerings and improve their investment capabilities if they are to attract the affluent baby boom generation. One bank that has begun to effect such changes in its operations is Grenada Sunburst System Corp. The banking company believes that a bank cannot fully serve its clients if it only offers traditional products. To improve its customer service, Sunburst established the Sunburst Financial Group, a 'one-stop' investment company that is a registered broker-dealer as well. Sunburst expects that new products and services will account for a quarter, or even half, of its holding company revenues by the end of the 1990s.
