From the supplier: There has been some concern as to the breadth of an interpretation in light of the recent US Supreme Court ruling against INDOPCO regarding the deductibility of professional fees. The IRS has alleviated this somewhat by issuing Revenue Ruling 92-80 which permits deductions of advertising costs. The IRS is apparently willing to apply this decision on a case by case basis rather than issuing any specific guidelines on deductible expenses.
