From the supplier: Arizona lawmakers were able to complete their legislative work within 100 days in 1993, due to the efforts of Senate Pres John Greene, House Speaker Mark Killian and the new freshman class. There was less bickering than usual as the freshman class of lawmakers was keen on speeding the legislative process and finishing the court sessions quickly. The freshman class showed flexibility in its mental outlook and was determined to change the public opinion of the legislative process as being too slow. The support of the Republicans who control the legislative chambers and prohibition of lobbyists from taking part in the lawmakers' campaign also helped in completing the legislative work in 100 days.
