From the supplier: The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 requires companies to modify their policies and physical structures accordingly. However, concerned federal agencies have not offered enough guidance on how industry should implement the act's vast requirements in the workplace. Restrictive policies, programs, facilities and communications must be altered to accommodate the disabled.
