From the supplier: Four research questions in ethical decision-making process of small business owners/managers have been examined. A generalized ethical evaluative structure, similar concepts of equity and justice and similar ideas about unethical acts were used by both small business owners/managers and their customers in the process. Both groups agreed that cheating was the most unethical conduct. More in-depth research would be needed to gain complete understanding of ethical behavior in small business management.
