From the supplier: Corporations are urged to intervene early in lawsuits to reduce the costs of litigation by Warren Radler, the head of Forensic Technologies International Corp dispute strategies unit. Radler said that earlier intervention is more economical than negotiating discounts with lawyers because lawyers typically will reduce the quality of their work if forced to accept less money.
