From the supplier: May 1994 provides a window of opportunity to change the presidential nomination system. A modification of the present system includes a national primary whereby each party nominates a delegate by congressional district. Each party would then have a convention whereby the delegates would choose a presidential and vice presidential candidate. This system allows the prospectives a chance to hone the skills needed as president as well as weed out the weaklings.
