From the supplier: Criterion-referenced standards for arm and shoulder girdle strength and endurance were evaluated based on a study of 92 female college students. Participants were grouped into untrained and trained groups monitored for performance in three laboratory tests and three field tests for strength. Results showed lower pull-ups and flexed arm hang values than those in the Fitnessgram test used for females aged 17 and above.
