From the author: This article introduces an expert system intended to assist in the training of management and staff personnel in the investigation of sexual harassment complaints. This system is designed to keep the "investigator" focused on a line of inquiry that will be consistent with the legal proofs required to substantiate a claim of actionable sexual harassment. This expert system is not intended to conduct the investigation by itself; however, it is expected to enhance the skills of the novice investigator and will serve to structure the investigation.
