This is meant to encourage district productivity in terms of skilled graduates. Physical education teachers should be at the forefront of this movement and push for the inclusion of physical education outcomes in this measurement system. In this regard, the use of heart rate telemetry in measuring physical education results and its inclusion as a performance outcome indicator is discussed.
