From the supplier: The daily life of property managers is an unceasing juggling and balancing act. Although they value new challenges, financial rewards and the opportunity to interact with people that their profession presents, property managers feel that their life has increasingly become stressful. Fortunately, there are four tips that property managers may follow to reduce their stress levels. The first of these is to reduce junk input by ignoring information that have nothing to do with their lives and clearing away physical clutter. Another thing that property managers can do to reduce stress is to learn how to say no to requests by building owners that are inappropriate or unhealthy. A third tip is to create space for synthesis by devoting a short amount of time to breaks. Lastly, property managers can 'rubber-band' their mind by controlling their tendency to worry in the face of excessive information. This helps in focusing their minds to the issue at hand.
