From the supplier: Business communication teachers should give more importance to Estuary English instruction and research in view of the growing popularity of this relatively new system of English pronunciation and intonation. Basically, Estuary English can be described as a system which lies between Received Pronunciation English and the Standard English of the UK. It can be identified by its unique sound-unit patterns, vocal qualities, intonation patterns, syntactical features and vocabulary.
