From the supplier: New York's Buffalo and Erie County Library System has installed a new software from Fortres Grand Corp. in its PCs. Called Fortres 101, the software prevents unauthorized users from altering Windows and DOS setups, with the library staff being able to decide which programs to protect. The decision to install the software came after teenagers began accessing Windows and DOS programs in the library's computerized online reference section.
