From the supplier: The Superfund Reform '95 coalition wrote Pres Clinton to protest a letter by Environmental Protection Agency administrator Elliott Laws which rejected Republicans' proposals to reform Superfund legislation. Laws said there is no evidence that the Superfund liability structure delays environmental cleanups. Republican Mike Oxley of Ohio said he doubts Pres Clinton's intent to reforming the Superfund laws.
