From the supplier: A study was conducted on how a five-year-old child advanced his awareness, understanding and use of written discourse in the kindergarten classroom. The results indicate that children will progress in their understanding and use of written discourse whey they have a daily place to investigate and test out their hypotheses about written language. Children will also develop more advanced techniques when confronted with a problem they need to resolve in order to send messages.
