From the supplier: A 'team culture readiness survey' of employees of a food processing plant indicate reasonable readiness of work teams to manage plant operations. An interview also revealed that team leaders and plant managers vote for teams than the conventional administrative method. Teams are trusted to promote cooperation among workers. However, the team concept is not clearly defined and therefore, they have no way to assess its effectivity in the plant.
