From the supplier: Executive suites are office spaces that serve as temporary homes for all types of businesses. They offer a number of business support services, including a mailing address, technology, receptionist support and access to conference rooms. The executive-suite business has been booming since the early 1990s. Since 1992, the $2 billion (revenues) market has grown into around 3,500 to 4,000 suites all over the country. Demand for short-term office space and services has been increasing due to a number of trends, including downsizing, business globalization and satellite locations. To succeed in the business, property managers should have enough funding, plenty of patience, commitment to service, the right building and the right location.
