From the supplier: Any effort to change behaviors and systems in an organization necessitates a look into the corporate culture by determining the hidden rules that govern employee behavior. Managers can use a number of instruments to measure corporate culture. They should look for messages hidden in policies, office layout, work hours and dress codes. Behaviors revealed by the cultural inventory should be compared with good behaviors. Organizational goals should then be linked to personal behaviors that contribute positively to such goals to achieve results.
