From the supplier: Research on the effects of interdisciplinary teams on the performance of students indicate that schools which practice teaming have improved the performance of both the teachers and the students. Students in schools where teaming was practiced scored higher in standardized achievement tests in math and reading. They also manifested more learning-related behavior, were less aggressive and moody and were less likely to be late or absent from class.
