From the supplier: The Solar Electric Light Fund (SELF), a US non-profit group, has developed a revolving credit fund scheme to finance solar home systems in developing countries. Solar photovoltaic cells are made of silicon that directly convert sunlight into electricity without need for generators. These solar cells could be the answer to electricity problems in developing countries. However, a financing scheme is needed because solar home systems are expensive.
