From the supplier: A recent study by Rutgers University researchers has found that a combination of active outreach programs, strong technical assistance services and substantial tax incentives are the most effective and cost-efficient pollution-reduction initiative among small businesses. The study discovered that only five states provide pollution-prevention tax incentives although most states have pollution-prevention programs including technical assistance services.
