From the supplier: The proposed conversion of television stations to digital broadcasting via the high definition television (HDTV) format is generating some controversial issues. Viewers are dissatisfied with the policy because they have to buy expensive digital television sets. Some broadcasters are also complaining about the high cost of converting to HDTV.
