From the supplier: One middle school in Fargo, ND, developed a physical fitness program based on the fitness education pyramid to teach students about the basic principles and benefits of physical activity. The pyramid features five zones with each zone describing various physical activities and their corresponding impact on heart rates. A worksheet was also developed to teach students about the concepts of frequency, intensity and time.
