From the supplier: David Cohen is bringing back hard news reporting to ABC News' local affiliate with his appointment as new news director of KDNL (Channel 30) on Mar 23, 1998. Cohen was a broadcaster of ABC radio news in New York, NY, until he became ABC-TV Midwest Bureau's deputy chief in 1982. He was named the bureau's chief when it transferred to St Louis, MO, until he became the news segment producer and a Special Projects Producer. After seven years, Cohen is returning with his old-fashioned view towards broadcasting. For him, it is the story that counts not the broadcaster.
