From the supplier: The toxic municipal incinerator ash from Philadelphia, PA, dumped by the vessel Khian Sea in Gonaives, Haiti in Jan 1988 has been the subject of much controversy and friction between environmental groups and the city of Philadelphia. After 10 years in Haiti, there is some hope that the toxic waste will finally be returned to Philadelphia. The most pressing problem is funding for dredging and eventually returning the ash back to the US.
