From the supplier: Several colleges are offering accelerated and distance learning programs to meet the needs of the growing adult student population. Elmhurst College, for instance, developed a new major in Human Services Administration (HSA) in 1995 for adult students with jobs and for those who may find jobs in the area of human services in the future. The HSA program's communication module was designed to encourage students' critical thinking in organizational settings through the use of active and collaborative learning methods.
