From the supplier: Studies were performed to investigate the scope, benefits and trends related to the high performance work system (HPWS), an employee performance appraisal tool that has gained popularity in the 1990s. A summary of HPWS researches which measured employee performance based on achievement indicators, showed improvements in the overall human resource utilization. Studies also revealed that aside from efficient human resource utilization, the HPWS also enhanced the financial and operational performance of organizations.
