From the supplier: A study of incident response teams (IRT) finds them effective in controlling current workplace violence, but less reliable in preventing future incidents. The finding is based on the data collected from 21 of the 30 Fortune 500 companies that responded to a survey. The information collected include the company's profile, workplace violence policies, IR and number of workplace violence incidents before and after an IRT was established.
