From the supplier: Start-up businesses enjoy more tax benefits when declared as a C-Corporation rather than as a limited liability corporation. This may be gleaned from an analytical approach that combines discounted cash flow with the Monte Carlo simulation technique. The methodology was applied to a hypothetical singly-owned small business enterprise for a period of seven years. The model incorporated all sorts of potential business scenarios. The unexpected findings may be replicated and validated in the different tax systems of the different states.
