From the supplier: Polyurethane integral skin foams are materials that have soft, low density core and a high density outer skin. Applications of integral skin foams include furniture, car dashboards and instrument housing. Researchers are experimenting on how the foaming process occurs. Results indicate that an increase in the concentration of the foam's blowing agent results in the increase of the foam's outer skin. The core's density increases when the wall temperature increases.
