From the supplier: The US Court of Appeals reversed the ruling made by the US Tax Court in the case of the IRS against the United Cancer of Council Inc (UCC). The Court of Appeals believe that the UCC should be granted a tax exempt status by the IRS since it is functioning as a non-profit organization. The questionable funding of ICC, which was upheld by the Tax Court and IRS in their case because of its outside source, was not considered by the higher court a violation of any federal law governing non-profit organizations.
