From the supplier: Research was conducted to determine whether the personal aspects of the end-user and characteristics of the computer-based information system (CBIS) affect the success of CBIS in Malaysia small and medium-sized enterprises. Findings showed that conditions needed for the success of CBIS implementations include strong top management support and easy access to computers.
