Simplifying matters is the key to more usable space. For instance, clothes and other stuff such as toys, garden tools and athletic equipment should be separated according to the particular seasons they are used. To pare down excess holdings, it is a good idea to identify other parties that would benefit from old clothes, books, sports equipment and appliances.
