How to Apply UV/LED Nail Polish
1. File, push and trim cuticles, buff then clean nails with a lint free cotton pad soaked in Non Acetone nail solution
2. Apply OULAC Base Coat and cure under UV Nail Lamp (36 Watts or higher) for 2 minutes then clean again with a lint free cotton pad soaked in NON Acetone nail solution
3. Apply 1st coat of OULAC Color and cure under UV Nail Lamp for 2 minutes
4. Apply 2nd coat of OULAC Color and cure under UV Nail Lamp for 2 minutes
5. Apply OULAC Top Coat and cure under UV Nail Lamp for 2 minutes
6. To finish off, gently wipe nails with a lint free cotton pad soaked in NON Acetone nail solution to remove tacky layer then apply cuticle oil to finish
