This is the June 2000 issue of Playgirl magazine. It is The Cowboy Issue and features the Sexiest Cowboys of all time, including Matthew McConaughey, Garth Brooks, Clint Eastwood, and others, along with Hollywood film stars and lots more! Apparently, this issue was not generally available, so it is one of the more rare issues.
