Introduction to Wireline Log Analysis (Baker Atlas)

The text is intended to introduce well log analysis to entry-level logging engineers, geologists, reservoir engineers, production engineers, or whomever has an abiding interest in learning about formation evaluation. Undoubtedly, those from certain disciplines will find some of the basic material (as it relates to their specialty or background) too general, e.g., a geologist may find the general discussion of geology very basic. Consider, however, that many persons who use this text material have no background in specific areas. It is meant to be a basic course of instruction in log analysis, but it is important that the interrelationship with other specialties be understood.
