These bell peppers are large hothouse grown beauties. Add to your favorite salad raw. Or, for a cool summer appetizer, coat lightly with olive oil and grill until just blistered. Then let stand for 5 minutes in a closed paper bag so the skin will be easy to peel. Next, soak in olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
