Softcover, it's dated 1960 and titled "Ball Blue Book Home Canning and Freezing Recipes and Methods", published by Ball Brothers Company, Muncie Indiana. 64 pages of recipes and methods for canning and freezing foods. Includes numerous illustrations. The spine edge is torn but is held together by the staples. Overall, in good condition!
