First published in 1969 as the camp Horsemanship Manual, the reference guide now called the Composite Manual of Horsemanship was a much needed and unique horsemanship resource. Today, it represents collaboration from equine professionals in a variety of disciplines, professionals from all across the US and Canada. The sheer fact that scores of horse people can come together and agree upon the best methods for teaching horsemanship is a great feat. It is testimony to the value of the traditional methods contained within.
