📖 Description
HIV/AIDS Susceptibility and Racial Disparities is the result of extensive research conducted to prove the hypothesis that certain genetic traits, environmental factors, unhealthy lifestyle and other factors increases one's vulnerability to HIV infection as well as examine the remarkable disparity that exists between blacks and whites. It also explores many of the more controversial aspects of the AIDS pandemic.
While many reports have been issued on various HIV risk factors, few literary works have been produced which examine why some groups are infected more prodigiously than others. My goal, in writing this book, was to tie all of the pieces together, and come up with an answer as to explain the above disparity.
Lastly, care was taken to make this book easy to comprehend by the non-scientist as well as members of the scientific community.
