The end of the dreams: three short novels about space, happiness, and immortality.

"This book contains three stories, two of which are excellent. One details mankind's seek for pleasure that culminates in the entire race returning to an artificial womb. Another is an "immortal" story, based upon the concept that the TV show, with Christopher George, was (very) loosely based. The third deals with the adaptability of humanity, even to life in space. Mr. Gunn has a disturbing ability to see the flaws in our very human lives, and expound upon those to show where we could very believably go, if we fail to keep those traits in check.
